Sandy Toes. Sun-Kissed Noses. 4 Roses. – The Bachelorette Season 14 Ep. 7 Recap

The 7th week of Becca’s journey has arrived!

This is the most defining week, not only for Becca but for the guys as well. When all is said and done, they will leave the Bahamas and go back to their hometowns. After hometowns she will be able to see who she could envision a future, a marriage with.

But hometowns isn’t until next week so lets just get started on last nights recap.

Becca and the men arrive to the beautiful Bahamas, but before they start going on dates, Chris Harrison visits Becca to discuss the men and her feelings. From what was said, she is falling in love with more than just one man. It obviously isn’t surprising to Chris because he’s seen this happen many times before.

Now it’s time for the dates to officially get started.

Such a pivotal week! There will not be a rose ceremony at the end of the week, meaning that there will be 4 dates. 3 one-on-one dates and 1 group date. Roses will be up for grabs on every date. So if everyone receives roses on the one-on-one dates, only 1 person will receive the group date rose and the remaining 2 men will be sent home immediately.

Becca arrives to the guys suite and lets them know that the first one-on-one date will begin right away, so it’s time for her to grab her man and have some fun.

The first person to receive a one-on-one date in Bahamas is –

All of the guys were so surprised about this, and even a little bothered. Everyone obviously wants a one-on-one date due to the importance of this week.

They go on a catamaran which is absolutely beautiful. They drink champagne, pretend to be on The Titanic, then they sit down to talk a bit.

From the beginning of the date Colton had something very important to tell Becca, that according to him could either make or break their relationship.

While he was getting the courage to tell her, they were interrupted by a native on a boat. He wanted them to go Conking with him because supposedly in the middle of the Conch is the pistol which is like Bahamian Viagra.

After they searched for Conchs, (they ate the middle of it which looked like a nasty worm), they got ready for dinner.

It was time for Colton to let her know what was on his mind.

Colton is a virgin.

This took Becca by surprise. She was speechless, so speechless that she needed to excuse herself. She needed time to think about the bomb that he just dropped.

This made him very nervous. He knew that if Becca sent him home it would be because of his confession.

She finally made her way back to him after what felt like an eternity. If you know and love Becca, you know that if she has such strong feelings for someone, she will not send them home over something that isn’t as major as dating a criminal. With that, Colton received the first hometown rose.

Back at the hotel room, the men received another date card. And the person to go on the 2nd one-on-one date is –

The date card read: “Love is in the air.”

This really bothered Blake because he hasn’t had a one-on-one date since the second week of this journey. You could tell that he was getting into his head. Does she have feelings for him? Will he get a one-on-one date this week? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Garrett met up with her on the beach. In the ocean they saw a sea plane coming towards them. That was their ride for that day!

Their date was so special because they were on a private island. I mean how much more romantic can that that get?

At dinner they opened up a little more. Becca had a few concerns regarding their relationship. She didn’t want Garrett to force their relationship if he really wasn’t feeling it. He then told her that he would never force anything because his feelings for her are so real. He’s falling in love with her.

This made her as giddy as a school girl, which obviously means that Garrett received the 2nd hometown rose.

After he received the rose, Becca didn’t want the date to be over.

They went swimming in the ocean with the moon as their own light.

It’s time for the last one-on-one date of the week, and that date goes to –

The date card read: “You make my heart skip a beat.”

He was so relieved and excited!

Their date wasn’t as adventurous as the other 2, but they did see the Baha-Men perform their new hit single “Bump it”. They danced some then sat on the beach and talked a bit. Blake then confessed to her his concerns. He was nervous that she didn’t have feelings for him. She told him that she does have other relationships and she feels strongly for many men which is why now she sympathizes with Arie.

Even though Blake didn’t like that she had strong feelings for other men, he was relieved that he got this off his chest.

At dinner they talked some more, and Blake opened up about his parents divorce and how hard it is for him to open up. But with Becca it’s much easier for him because he is so in love with her.

Just like the day before, Becca was as giddy as a school girl. She couldn’t tell Blake, but she did tell us, that she was also right there with him.

Blake received the 3rd hometown rose.

The last date of the week was a group date with –

Wills, Jason & Leo

The date card read: “These days are never easy”

The men went to a beach with Becca and they played volleyball. You could tell that they were having so much fun, it sort of took off some of the pressure they were feeling about this date.

But everything does come to an end. Now the men had to talk individually to Becca.

All was great until she spoke to Leo. He seemed to be invested in their relationship and was feeling a lot more towards her that she was towards him. She found it to be unfair to even consider meeting his family because she knew he wasn’t going to be the one. Leo was sent home.

She was obviously a little sad so the remaining 2 men and Becca went to get ready for dinner.

During dinner, she spoke to both men and finally came up with a decision. Her feelings towards Jason were a lot stronger, so she decided to send Wills home, very heartbroken.

Jason received the last hometown rose.

I’m so anxious about next week! How do you think it will go? Will the families like Becca? Will something ruin this experience for her?

We’ll just have to wait and see!
